Operating Systems and Browsers
For individual use, a broadband (cable/DSL) or greater internet connection is recommended. For district implementation, please complete the online IRC and a Pearson Sales Engineer will work with you to determine the best implementation option to meet the needs of your district.

*If you are using Internet Explorer 9, you can sign in to your course using Internet Explorer 9 in Compatibility View.
Firefox and Chrome Users: You cannot sign in or view courses using Firefox or Chrome browsers.
To check your operating system, turn on your computer and look for information on your operating system as the computer boots up. You can also find this information in your computer settings. For example, if you have a PC you can look at View System Information in My Computer, which is accessible from the Start menu. If you are unsure of the browser version you are using, launch the browser and select Help from the menu bar. Next, select About Browser (the browser name and the exact wording of the selection will vary) and a window will open with your browser name and version.
The recommended screen resolution for NovaNET Courseware on Windows is 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024 and on Mac it is 1280 x 960.
